La Chaparrita's Munch Truck is owned by young female entrepreneur Jennifer Ramirez. Jennifer grew up in a hard working family in the food truck industry, more specifically in the route truck industry. She worked as a young teen and helped her mother run a construction job site route, learning several aspects of the business along the way. Soon, she long to have a food truck of her own, with hard work and determination La Chaparrita's Munch Truck came to be.

customer service. The menu is filled with a variety of appetizing Mexican-American food, refreshments, and snacks. Everything is made fresh daily and ready to take on the go at the customer's convenience, whether it's on a job site, stationed location, or an event!
